Install the dsh-context plugin on DeepSeek Harness with released NPM package:

Tool-result detail cards in the Context browser.

Tool-result detail cards — each tool-result element expands into call + payload cards: a green/red run-state pill (exit N on failure), a payload line count, and a Raw / Markdown view switch on detail bodies.
Failed-result red dot — failed tool results lead their collapsed row with the chat's red run-state dot, so failures scan without expanding.
Comment hygiene overhaul — ~1,300 lines of comments reviewed, fixed or removed across the whole codebase (host, client, tests, build config); only contract notes, invariants and pinned decisions remain.
