What's New

This release aligns the plugin's packaging with the official DeepSeek Harness conventions — a build-tooling and dependency contract change with no user-facing feature change.

  • Single official-family build tool (tsup) — the hand-rolled esbuild script (scripts/build.mjs) is replaced by one tsup.config.ts producing the same lib/index.js (host) and lib/client.js (web bundle) artifacts. The config had never run (a stale import.meta.url made tsup silently skip it); that root cause is fixed.
  • No more inlining of harness code — the host half now keeps @deepseek-ai/dsh-session external, so it resolves to the installation's single runtime instance instead of shipping a bundled copy (lib/index.js shrank ~54KB → ~20KB).
  • Dependencies follow the official convention — runtime harness packages (cordis, dsh-session, dsh-client-ui-primitives, react) move to peerDependencies with dev mirrors (client-only ones optional); zod stays a regular dependency. Exact rc pins became caret ranges (^0.1.0-rc.8), so upcoming @deepseek-ai/* rc/0.2 releases install cleanly.
  • Removed the now-redundant esbuild devDependency (tsup brings its own).

Commits

  • build: switch to tsup and declare harness runtime deps as peers (dab80c6)
