Added setting to choose how the page list side bar is displayed. (#244)

• Auto: Automatically choose to slide out or show docked depending on window width.
• Slide out: Always slides out from left using the open/close button.
• Docked: Always shown on the left.

Added ability to use dynamic today and now values in custom variables such as tmrw = today + 1 day (#248)
