• 修复 dsh 0.2 上插件导致整个 Web 客户端启动失败的问题：0.2 移除了 settingsScope 服务且强制每个客户端条目激活，旧的注入声明会让 web boot 中止（"1 entry did not activate"），现改为机会式读取。
  Fixed the whole web client failing to boot on dsh 0.2: the release removed the settingsScope service and made every client entry's activation mandatory, so the stale inject aborted web boot; it is now read opportunistically.
• 插件设置页跟随 dsh 0.2 迁移：配置卡片现在注册到侧栏「Plugins」页面的 plugins.bundle.config（本包详情页内），0.1.x 仍走「设置 → 插件」旧插槽，两代运行时各自生效；首次引导的「打开设置」按运行时直达对应位置。
  The settings card now registers into the sidebar Plugins page's plugins.bundle.config slot on dsh 0.2 and keeps the legacy Settings → Plugins slot on 0.1.x — exactly one surface exists per runtime; the first-run intro's "open settings" deep-links to whichever applies.
• 修复 dsh 0.2 上专注模式打开后空白（「暂无打开的会话」）：会话列表不再携带 current，改为从公开的 retainedBy.mainView 行解析当前会话并双源订阅。
  Fixed the overlay opening empty on dsh 0.2 ("no open session"): the session list no longer carries current, so the viewed session now resolves from the public retainedBy.mainView rows with both sources subscribed.
• 待交互与「对话显示」偏好适配 0.2 的新载体（sessionStatus / configForms），答题卡与折叠表现保持原行为。
  Pending interactions and the transcript-view preference now read their 0.2 carriers (sessionStatus / configForms); the answer card and fold behaviour are unchanged.
• 0.2 删除了定尺图标构件（…14 / …16），改为运行时按可用性回退，避免 undefined 组件触发 React #130；@文件 引用点击改走 0.2 侧栏资源控制器，0.1.x 保留原路径。
  Icons removed by 0.2 now fall back by availability instead of throwing React #130, and mentioned files open through the 0.2 sidebar resource controller while 0.1.x keeps its original path.
