- 修复阅读导航栏圆点高亮在两种场景下的失真：短结尾回合 pinned 到底部时其圆点永远点不亮（改为进入底部阈值即强制点亮最后一个圆点），以及窗口缩放、宽度偏好变化、流式内容更新后高亮不跟随（改为滚动/缩放/内容更新统一走 rAF 合并重算，并用 ResizeObserver 观察滚动容器）。高亮判定提取为纯函数
activeNavIndex，跳过失效锚点并在全部锚点低于顶线时钳位到第一个回合。
The nav rail now lights the last dot within the bottom-enter threshold (a short final turn can never push its anchor to the top line), and nav highlight recompute is funneled through one rAF-coalesced path with a ResizeObserver, so window resizes, width-pref changes, and streaming updates no longer leave a stale dot lit. The decision lives in the pureactiveNavIndexfunction with tests.

The running indicator now replicates the official generating shimmer 1:1 (brand-blue text, light-blue highlight, 0/40/50/60/100 gradient stops on a 250% tile, 1.8s linear sweep) with flanking en dashes inside the same clipped span; graceful fallbacks for browsers without background-clip:text and for prefers-reduced-motion.
