Bug Fixes

• Fixed Intel Mac compatibility - v1.0.0 was arm64-only and showed "incompatible" on Intel Macs
• Fixed macOS 12 (Monterey) compatibility - Locale API was using macOS 13+ only code

Changes

• Now builds as universal binary (supports both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs)
• Minimum macOS version: 12.0 (Monterey)
