Pre-release - for testing

New

• The 65 new Balco260 fields from 1.2.5rc1 now carry proper device_class/state_class/diagnostic categorization instead of showing up as plain, unlabeled sensors.
• Scaled Modbus fields now set suggested_display_precision explicitly (e.g. grid frequency shows 50.0 Hz instead of 50 Hz) - applies to the original 51 fields too, not just the new ones.
• All 65 new fields now have translated names in every supported locale.

Changed

• d_serial/d_ver_arm/d_ver_dsp are no longer separate sensors - they now feed the device'''s Device Info panel instead (a new firmware version field is added there), matching home-assistant/core'''s bluetti_modbus integration. If you had entities for these from an earlier version, they'''re removed automatically on this update.

Same testing ask as 1.2.5rc1: if you use local Modbus (Balco260, or EP2000 if you have one), please update and report back whether everything reads and displays as expected.
