Test build of 1.5.9.

🐛 Fixed

• A failed setup no longer leaves its websocket connected. While the cloud did not answer at start-up, each retry of the setup left one more websocket open, and pushes went to connections that no longer belonged to anything. The failed attempt now closes its connection. (#82, found in #81)
• A command the cloud refuses now shows an error. A switch or setting the cloud answered with an error code used to flip back with nothing said; it now reports "Error sending command to … : code N". (#82)

🔧 Changed

• Debug logging includes the cloud requests. "Enable debug logging" now also logs each request to the BLUETTI cloud and its answer (the pybluetti library). (#82)
