🐛 Fixed
- A unit the cloud still has live readings for stays available. BLUETTI's cloud can hold a unit's online flag at "0" for hours while it keeps relaying the unit's readings, which made every entity unavailable. A unit now also counts as online for 10 minutes after a sign of life: a realtime push with readings in it, or a poll whose readings differ from the poll before. A unit that is really offline (the cloud repeats its last values) still goes unavailable, and a reply with every reading at 0 is still no reading. Tested for a day on an Elite 200 V2 that had been unavailable for 15 hours before. (#76 by @dimkalinux, #75)
