Controller Improvements

• Fixes crashing on game boot when SDL joystick mapping definitions are not found
  • Filename now falls back to Flycast default, generating new file when unavailable
• Disables mouse toggle by default, allowing Ultimarc J-PAC keyboard mappings to work

Spectating

• Fightcade integration
• Spectating now uses new message streaming format
• Sends & receives match streams in batched stream format
• Spectating shows Player Name overlays
• Introduces PLAYER_INFO message type
• Accepts streaming message types in any order

Replays

• New Replay file format (.flyr) identical to match stream
  • Versioned old replays (.flyreplay) to maintain compatibility with past recordings
• Replay menu ignores non-replay files
• Generates replays/ folder when one not found

Memory Management & Validation

• Forces default controller/VMU configuration on netplay game boot
  • VMU off by default
    • May be disabled by enabling "Custom VMU" in Dojo settings
  • VMU-supported games with default saves whitelisted
• Allows BIOS files to be detected from ROMs/ directory instead of data/

UI Adjustments

• Hide player overlay frame when name is blank
• Remove interactive RECEIVE option in GUI
• Fix overlapping filter box description with buttons
• Fix offline delay selection when switching back to OFFLINE from other modes
• Remove transmit replay file option
