• Added DESCRIPTION global template variable, that contains the first line of the first paragraph parsed from source file. It is useful to be used as description HTML meta tag.
• Removed windows builds. Users can still build it on windows, but it is not really useful at this point.
• Merged blogc-git-receiver and blogc-runserver with blogc to ease maintenance.

Please download the custom tarballs, not the files generated automatically by GitHub, they are garbage.
