• Prometheus latency summaries are disabled by default; enable with server.prometheusMetricsSummaries or BLOCKFROST_CONFIG_SERVER_PROMETHEUS_METRICS_SUMMARIES=true.

• Clear slow-request timers on client disconnect to release request state promptly.
• Bound PM2 metrics collection and IPC sends, and remove metrics listeners when the server closes.
• Release shutdown listeners on server close and avoid creating an unused app on import.
