Bldbrne-VR 0.8.81

• DLC INCLUDED. With the Game of the Year Edition, the launcher now says "DLC INCLUDED" and stops showing an empty DLC folder box. It only says so after checking that The Old Hunters' areas are really in your game folder.
• DLC is always optional: found or not, the game starts.
• Everything else is 0.8.7: see its release notes.
