First implementation

This is the first subtify release, it includes all the base features

Features Included

• Generate custom user reccomendations
• Generate reccomendations for every artist
• Import your saved playlists
• Import your saved tracks as playlist

Features Not included

• This release doesn't include yet the spotdl integration, this will be available in a future release

Next Release

Release 0.1.0 will include:

• Rest APIs refactoring
• Ability to disable\enable the scheduler
• Ability to disable\enable every single scheduled generator and importer
