This release upgrades PGPMailer with major security and usability improvements across setup, messaging, and key workflows. The app now enforces mandatory PIN protection, supports optional key publishing during key generation, and improves account editing so credentials can be updated without resetting the app. Recipient key handling was improved with clearer discovery feedback and better import flows when no key is found. Encrypted inline sending now supports attachments by encrypting files and attaching them as .pgp payloads. Message detail and setup screens were redesigned with a modern icon-based UI, improved readability, and better hierarchy. Incoming secure-mail handling was expanded with secure attachment actions to view or decrypt cached encrypted attachments directly in-app. Connection diagnostics were significantly improved with richer IMAP/SMTP attempt logging and one-tap copy of diagnostics for troubleshooting. Additional fixes include username auto-fill behavior from email input and multiple reliability/stability refinements across IMAP/SMTP connection handling.
