New features and enhancements:

• Bundled LibreHardwareMonitor with cosmotop.exe to provide additional metrics on Windows, including GPU metrics. Administrator privileges are required to gather the full set of metrics.
• Added the --licenses flag to show all the open source software used in cosmotop.exe.
• Added the --show-defaults flag to display the default configuration file.
• Added the --show-themes flag to display a list of available system, bundled, and user themes.
• Bundled catppuccin themes into cosmotop.exe.
