Release v1.1.0 is a hard fork release for Testnet, the HF name is: Halving, it mainly includes 2 features .
1.traceaction storage optimization.
2. support the following Cancun EIPs
EIP-1153 "Transient Storage"
EIP-5656 (MCOPY opcode)
EIP-6780 SELFDESTRUCT only in same transaction
but won’t support EIP-4844 (BLOBHASH opcode) and EIP-7516 (BLOBBASEFEE opcode).
The target Halving hard fork time will be:
Testnet: 2024-05-15 10:00:00 AM UTC
Mainnet: To be determined
Every testnet node needs to upgrade to this version before the hard fork time.
