Get the game on Goopie!

• The Game Over screen now correctly transitions to the main menu
• The "Back" and "Start" buttons are now swapped by default (change them back in nocturnerecomp.toml)
• Added a scanlines post-processing effect
• Started shipping a vanilla build for arm64
