Get the game on Goopie!

• Fullscreen cvar now applies withou a restart
• Alt+Enter now toggles fullscreen
• Virtual keyboard should now not open automatically when starting the game
• You can now press the right stick on your controller or the Q key on your keyboard to simulate a Y press on the second player's controller. Might help with this.
