• Added a menu entry in the 'View > Layout > Show' section to show / hide the loading indicator.
• Added the possibility of applying some simple image operations to the pages (brightness and saturation) during the conversion to the advanced options of the comics converter tool.
• Updated some of the core libraries to newer versions.
• Fixed a bug introduced in the previous version that made exporting pages and reading/editing metadata not work for EPUB, CBZ and CB7 files.
