Packaging/configuration

• in bbb-etherpad's settings.json file, we changed the maximum number of points updated per second (points) to 120 (was previously 100 but we had cases where a closed caption captioner exceeded the limit in regular use case). Config file location: /usr/share/etherpad-lite/settings.json

Release name

In case an administrator does not want to update to the latest bionic-230 version. Use as substitute to the -v argument in bbb-install.sh command
bionic-230-2.3.4
We still recommend using -v bionic-230.
