This 2.3.x release is a follow up to correctly use FreeSWITCH custom configuration like in 2.3.0/2.3.1.
It also includes two other minor fixes described below.

HTML5 client

• fix: Increase slightly area for webcam+presentation #12513 #12497 #12512

Core

• fix: endWhenNoModerator* passed meetingCreate params should override default values #12514

Packaging/configuration

• Use the correct https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/tree/v2.3.x-release/bbb-voice-conference/config/freeswitch FreeSWITCH configuration (fewer modules, etc). In 2.3.2 we inadvertently shipped bbb-freeswitch-core with the default configuration.
  Issue #12498 is a symptom of using the default configuration.

Release name

In case an administrator does not want to update to the latest bionic-230 version. Use as substitute to the -v argument in bbb-install.sh command
bionic-230-2.3.3
We still recommend using -v bionic-230.
