Why 0.13.1: a patch release for Windows. It includes everything in 0.13.0.
Fixed
- Agent chat on Windows: agents installed with npm (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode) failed to start with "%1 is not a valid Win32 application (os error 193)". They start now, including agents you already added in 0.13.0 (#1530).
