Rework the Pokemon Shop Buyer :

• Add a bonus of 2% for every level of the Pokémon
• Shiny is now a bonus of 80% of the Pokémon's price instead of *5 his price
• Pokerus now grant a 120% bonus of the Pokémon's price
• New malus if the Pokémon is sold dead : -8% of his price
• New malus if the Pokémon is sold with a status : -5% of his price
