The single job built with all features, built with no default features and
then ran the tests, all from a cold build. It is now three parallel jobs,
each with a Swatinem/rust-cache build cache:- check-no-default-features: cargo check --no-default-features
- test: every test except public_api
- public-api: the public API snapshot, which builds the crate a second time
with a nightly toolchain for rustdoc JSON
The separate cargo build --all-features step is dropped; cargo test compiles
the same code. Superseded pull request runs are cancelled.
