Bug Fixes
- gate bip322 v0.0.11 by block height on signet
Signet blocks were verified with the v0.0.11 rules from height 0, so
re-indexing signet produced trace hashes that differ from the ones the
network reported with the v0.0.10 rules (first at block 267703). Signet
now switches to v0.0.11 at 328057, the block after the current tip, so
all reported signet history is reproduced unchanged.
