serve indexer methods on a separate admin listener (BRC20_PROG_ADMIN_RPC_SERVER_URL)
Adds the BRC20_PROG_ADMIN_RPC_SERVER_URL env var and Brc20ProgConfig::brc20_prog_admin_rpc_server_url field. When set, the public listener rejects the indexer methods for every caller, including callers with valid credentials, and the admin listener serves every method behind the configured authentication. When unset, a single listener serves every method as before.The admin listener disallows cross-origin requests and logs a warning when bound to a non-loopback address. start() returns one ServerHandle that stops both listeners.

Remove the unused zstd_safe::WriteBuf import whose as_slice collided
with a future std method, and the deprecated std::usize import.
