This release upgrades the underlying Reth execution client from v1.8.4 to v1.11.2, bringing significant performance and stability improvements. It includes a critical fix for PoL sender recovery in the block builder and introduces native Apple Silicon builds.

Critical bug fixes:

• Fixed PoL transaction sender mismatch post-Prague1 where injected PoL transactions caused sender/transaction misalignment, breaking receipt lookups (#219)

New features:

• Added native aarch64-apple-darwin build target for Apple Silicon Macs (#206)

Maintenance & security:

• Reth dependency upgraded from v1.8.4 through v1.9.3, v1.10.2, v1.11.1, to v1.11.2 (#200, #208, #218, #220)
• Updated release icons to match Beacon-Kit (#209)
• Updated security advisory ignores and upgraded ruint and lz4_flex dependencies (#207, #222)
