Summary
This release upgrades to the latest Reth version, which includes several performance improvements and bugfixes.
It also introduces the Prague2 Hardfork which sets the minimum base fee to 0, and as such, requires a genesis file update.
Genesis file update to include the Prague2 hardfork is mandatory or failure on startup will occur. See official communications for the latest genesis file configration
