Summary
This includes a consensus BREAKING change to Boonet that is NOT backwards compatible.
Effective changes to validator set processing are:
- The min stake (or
EjectionBalance) is now set to 250k BERA - The
EffectiveBalanceIncrement(not the same as minimum deposit amount on the execution layer deposit contract) is now set to 10k BERA
Breaking
This version is NOT fully compatible with bArtio. The last stable release recommended for Bartio is v0.2.0-alpha.8.
