Fixes

• Rows with % entities clipped on narrow/mobile screens instead of wrapping (#403) — regression from 4.6.0's switch to HA-native formatting, which renders percent as one unbreakable token (87.0%). Values render identically but wrap like spaced units again.
• Row could stay permanently blank when the first hass update arrived after the initial config render (#389 candidate fix, from beta.1).
