First beta for 4.13.1 — fixes from a full code review, no new options. Install via HACS with Show beta versions enabled.

Behavior changes

hold_action / double_tap_action of action: none now count as unset, as in Home Assistant's own rows: a tap no longer waits out the double-tap window, and a long press runs the tap action. (#463)
Dragging off an entity cancels the tap, as a touch scroll does, and a press that starts elsewhere no longer taps the entity it's released over. (#464)
A secondary_info whose entity doesn't exist shows the missing-entity marker, or hides with hide_unavailable, instead of the main entity's state. (#465)

hide_if: true / false match a boolean attribute again, broken since 4.10.0. (#463)
A row icon template that is pending or renders empty shows the entity's own icon instead of a blank one and a console error. (#463)
0 and false work as values: hide_if with below: 0 / above: 0 / value: 0, default: 0, and a display_precision of 0 under a unit override. (#463)
Right-click and middle-click no longer run an entity's tap action. (#464)
On Home Assistant before 2026.8, Enter or Space on an additional entity's toggle no longer also runs the row's tap action. (#464)
A timestamp format on a state that isn't a time (unknown at startup) shows Home Assistant's localized state instead of the raw value. (#465)
Right-to-left languages: the gaps between entities and the name: false alignment are mirrored. (#466)
Visual editor: the Custom CSS box no longer deletes a line or strips comments while you type; per-entity settings follow their entity when entities are moved or deleted; "Copy main as template" includes color, the hold and double-tap actions, hide_if and default. (#467)
Smaller: a missing entity with name: false showed "false"; an empty attribute with a unit showed 0; invert in a combined format showed -0.0 for zero. (#463, #468)

Recently: 4.13.0 added reserve_header: false and resolved templates in the row's own actions.
