Features

• Replaced Log Out button with an Accounts section in the Settings.
  This allows you to disconnect from specific services instead of logging out of everything at the same time.
  Currently you can't use the program without both services, but in the future this allows better account management.

Changed

• Made End of Episode Overlays block background clicks, to help with misclicks. #66

Fixed

• Watching the first episode in a show and the Player thinking it's the only episode in the playlist.
• Starting a rewatch not updating cached watched states for Episodes.
• End of Show Overlay score submitting not updating the UI. #65
• Clear Cache button not clearing the Apollo (soft) cache. #64
