I'm close to making another post on reddit as these releases smooth out a lot of the features in here that help modernize the launcher. A big part of what makes other more established launchers "better" I would say are the animations and feel of modernity which is where this app clearly lacks in a lot of its aspects.
This update rather than fixing major issues which is getting slimmer as I've worked out a lot of them; this one focused on revamping the folder UI to still maintain the feel of my vision for the app while making them feel modern and comparable to other launcher in the style, animations, use-case, etc. There's still a lot I want to add like folder backgrounds, fixing folder sorting section from the popup. You can see yourself, but I re-shaped the folder by making the folder popup itself more modern in animations as well as moving away from the "full screen" folder type I had prior (I can bring this back in a future update that feels more modern) but the full screen folder section just felt very outdated in comparison to what other launchers provide. I will keep the vision and customizability of the app through the folders as you can resize & change columns/rows & in future updates I'll add more customizability to them.
I also fixed some minor rendering issues & the experimental section which I'll get more into on future updates, but where I'm at right now with the experimental section, it feels much more fluid, I'm still trying to figure out how I can really implement a total launcher style customizability, but I realized were different apps at the end of today.
