- Mid-session crash detection for all workspaces — Polling health effect was not mode-agnostic; embedded workspaces could crash mid-session without the app detecting it. Now covers all workspace modes.
- Archived section visible without epics — The Archived section was hidden in workspaces with no epics, even when archived beads existed. Now shows whenever there are archived beads.
- Archive toast auto-dismiss — Archive onboarding hint toast now auto-dismisses after 10s instead of persisting indefinitely.
