New Features

• New door_pin status output. It is active when the safety door input pin is active.
• Plasma spindle. This new spindle type adds support for waiting for and monitoring and arc_ok signal from the plasma machine.
• Generic Modbus VFD support. This uses modbus command templates in the config file to support new VFDs. This may replace the other VFD spindles in the future.

Enhancements

• Dwells (G4) can now be zero duration. This is is used to force the planner to complete all buffered motion. This complies with the RS-274 gcode standard.
• Better M6 macros.
• Better reporting of Hold:0 and Hold:1 status change reporting in auto report mode.
• I/O Expander Support. (more news on this coming soon)
