Fixes

• Fixed issue with status when door was open at startup.
• Remove motion syncs between G0 and feed rate moves in laser mode for smoother operation.
• Fixes to config file reader to deal with space only lines
• Fixed crashes resulting from excessive memory usage in SD and network stacks.

Enhancements

• File rename feature added to firmware and WebUI for SD card and the LocalFS.
• Lots of changes to improve performance with Wifi, Bluetooth and SD.

Note The WebUI has been updated. If you are upgrading your firmware (not a fresh install), you need to upload the latest index.htnl.gz to the local file system.
