Release 9.3.2rc2 (2026-10-29)
Bazel 9.3.2 is a patch LTS release. It is fully backward compatible with Bazel 9 releases starting from 9.0.1; see Bazel 9.0.1 release notes for a note on backward compatibility.
-
Fixed an issue where Bazel occasionally hangs during external repo fetch. (#32159)
-
Reverted the change "Invalidate cached action execution results when remote cache/executor endpoints or
--remote_instance_namechange between invocations" introduced in 9.3.0; it was causing overeager invalidations, especially as action rewinding is now enabled by default. (#32254)
