v0.5 stable
Beszel for Android, now in line with Beszel hub 0.21. This release replaces v0.5 beta and closes all open issues (#2–#8).
App version: 1.3.0 · Requires Android 7.0 or newer
Highlights
- MFA and one-time code login (#8) — the app asks for the emailed code when the hub requires MFA. Password-less OTP login and OAuth2 / OIDC providers configured on the hub work too.
- Chart time ranges (#5) — Live (1 s stream), 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours, 1 week and 30 days. Your choice is remembered.
- Multiple disks and S.M.A.R.T. (#3) — extra filesystems with usage and I/O charts, read/write totals, ZFS / btrfs pools, plus disk health, temperature, power-on hours and the full attribute table.
- Self-signed and private CA certificates (#6) — the app shows the certificate fingerprint and lets you trust it per host (mkcert,
.internal,.lan,.home.arpa, …). - Biometric unlock — optional fingerprint / face unlock on top of the PIN.
Added
- Redesigned system detail screen with per-core CPU usage and tabs that follow the Beszel web UI: CPU time breakdown and load average, memory (buffers/cache, ZFS ARC, swap), network bandwidth per interface, temperatures, fans, batteries, and GPU usage / VRAM / power.
- Docker and Podman containers with logs and inspect info; systemd services with logs.
- Overview tab: OS name, kernel, CPU model, architecture, memory, agent version, connection type, pending package updates and Wi-Fi signal.
- Hub alerts: alert history (active and resolved), configured alert rules, and a notification when the hub raises a new alert.
- Dashboard: search, status filter, sort by status, paused / pending states, GPU and temperature readings, badges for failed services and pending updates.
- Server address accepts any host name, port or sub-path.
http://is tried when no scheme is given andhttps://is unreachable. Connection errors now say what went wrong. - Uzbek translation; updated English, Chinese (Simplified) and Russian.
- System / light / dark theme option.
Fixed
- Logout (#7) now asks for confirmation, clears the session, PIN and biometric setting, and returns to the server setup screen.
- App icon (#2) uses an adaptive icon with a full background — no more blank corners.
- Chinese (#4) is included and selectable again.
- Network and disk I/O values from current agents were shown in the wrong unit.
- History charts mixed all aggregation levels; each range now loads the right data.
- Local threshold alerts stopped firing after the first one; they now notify again once the condition clears.
- OS icon detection is more reliable.

If Android refuses to install the update over an older build, uninstall the previous version first and then install this one. You will need to sign in to your hub again.
