Update BHTwitter 4.4:
- Fix all the crashes in the newer versions.
- Add the new tabs to the hide page.
- New feature: DM replay later page and tags.
- New feature: Upload 4K media.
- New feature: Voice feature in posts and replies.
- Update the localizations.
- Remove unnecessary options.

Even though this is v11.85 of X, the ipa was modified to be v10.68.
