Changes in this release:

• Fixed: the telemetry consent prompt could be shown unnecessarily when running batect with --permanently-disable-telemetry and --permanently-enable-telemetry (#632 - thanks to @binkley for reporting this issue)

This release is the first release published by the new GitHub Actions setup for batect, and so you may notice some differences in this release (eg. a different user uploading the release to Bintray).
