Small follow-up to v2.5:

• Resume triggered the TV wake twice (once from the DRM watcher, once from the NetworkManager dispatcher), doubling the log lines. The ON path now takes a non-blocking lock so the first caller owns the wake and the duplicate exits quietly.
• Default OFF_WARNING_SECONDS raised from 60 to 120.
