Bug fixes

• uv script shebangs work in the Docker image. #!/usr/bin/env -S uv run --script failed because the image's busybox env has no -S; the image now includes coreutils-env. A commands step such as local: "./scripts/sync.py --apply" runs in the web container again, also as a non-root user.
• Scripts use the image's Python. UV_PYTHON_DOWNLOADS=never makes a script that needs another Python version fail with a clear message instead of silently downloading one as root (and failing for non-root users).
• Website links honor entryPoints labels. Traefik label keys are case-insensitive, but only lowercase entrypoints was read, so since v1.27.0 a router with entryPoints=web got an https:// link.
• Docs: automatic plugin installs inside the container work only when it runs as root and for sources that don't need git, and repeat whenever the container is recreated.
