Bug fixes

• cf ssh setup could report success without installing the key. ssh-copy-id decides whether a key is already installed by logging in with it, and that login also offers IdentityFile entries from ~/.ssh/config. When one of those keys was accepted, every host reported "already exists", setup counted it as configured, and the next cf command failed with Permission denied. Setup now checks with compose-farm's own connection: only its key, no agent, its known_hosts, and your ~/.ssh/config connection settings such as ProxyJump.
  • A host that already accepts the key is skipped.
  • A host with an unknown host key is trusted interactively first, so an already-installed key is never added twice.
  • Otherwise the key is installed and checked again; a host that still rejects it counts as failed instead of configured.
