Bug Fixes

• Fix --host filter for multi-host stacks: now correctly limits operations to the specified host instead of running on all hosts
• cf down -H nas with multi-host stacks (e.g., glances: all) now only stops on nas, not all hosts
• cf up -H, cf logs -H, and cf ps -H similarly respect the host filter for multi-host stacks
• State file now properly tracks per-host deployment status for multi-host stacks
• Host lists in state file are now sorted alphabetically for deterministic output
