Validation: 80 repository tests and Claude Code and Codex native installation smoke tests passed. Of 13 reviewed Codex behavioral cases, 12 passed and one partially failed: it preserved meaning but unnecessarily rewrote an already-clear sentence. This is a bounded check, not a general reliability claim. Corrected assessment, inputs, outputs, runtime hashes and limitations.
Review correction (2026-09-14): the initial release notes and tagged report counted that cosmetic rewrite as a full pass. The linked assessment corrects the count; the original responses, runtime, tag and downloadable package are unchanged.
