- Expand public playlist fallback by merging track IDs from Spotify's embed page when standard page data is truncated.
- Ensure collection post-download tasks continue when one track entry is missing, so playlist files (
.m3u8) are still created.

8622f04: Add a fallback for Spotify public playlists that return 404 from the playlist API by parsing track IDs from the public playlist page and resolving tracks individually.
This also improves Spotify playlist link parsing and error code extraction from SDK error messages.
