- Fix incorrectly generated DB migration.
To update from v1.14.7 and older nothing is needed, just update the tzkt-sync and tzkt-api binaries. DB will migrate automatically.
To update from v1.14.8 you will need to drop the database and restore it from latest snapshot (or reindex from scratch).
