本版修复更新 Hermes 后 channel-pin 继承条件被拒绝，以及澄清/审批过期后续答仍落在旧卡上方的问题；同时提供默认关闭的完成卡生成速率页脚。
- Hermes 兼容（#437 / #438）：接受已核验的原条件与
event.internal or getattr(event, "inherit_channel_pin", False)，保留来源、session/event 绑定、顺序与 runner 参数校验，未知变动继续拒绝。稳定版矩阵固定为 v0.22.2d923a5eb487a17c0a68801bba9ef0f56c81040a8，main 固定为0ab43d4f67e41be75f4f6c0fa14a86dbcfd3e5b3；main 仅缺 optionalstatus_callback，兼容性为 partial。 - 过期续答（#430）：后续实际内容在原生提问下方懒创建续答卡，没有新内容就不发空卡。补齐 sidecar 先判过期的竞态，保留原 Hermes request handle 与一次性解析。
- 可选速率（#392 第一阶段 / #436）：在现有
card.footer_fields列表追加output_rate开启。仅使用同次调用的 provider output tokens 和有效时间，多次调用分别相加后相除。显示~42 tok/s (流式)或~42 tok/s (含TTFT)，不称为纯答案解码速率；数据缺失、异常、过小或混合模型/供应方时隐藏。运行中估算未实现，#392 继续跟踪该选项。 - 维护依赖（#388 / #389 / #390 / #439）：更新 CodeQL、artifact Actions 的核验 SHA 和 Ruff 0.17.1，保留原始提交与历史贡献记录。
沿用实际 Hermes 目录、HOME、配置与服务管理方式更新至 v5.0.3，参见升级指南。中文瞬态提示撤回与 completion/approval 接点的前版修复继续包含在本版中。
验收基于合并提交 f2d78579bc34c477989f33b78de2909586c20f1c 和已核验的 annotated tag v5.0.3。本地完整回归 6792 passed / 37 skipped / 0 failed；跳过项另有 SDK、PowerShell/Windows 与固定上游专项 CI 覆盖，未把 skip 计为通过。PR 的 18 项检查、合并提交 CodeQL 与发布 tag 的 18 项门禁通过。普通 wheel 的 136 个包资源、隔离子进程、公开 tag 的官方安装、安装状态/导入/SDK 诊断、还原，以及三平台资产与 checksums 均已核验。隔离 doctor 的总体 warning 是 split HOME 维护提示，不表示运行服务已就绪。
真实飞书 API 使用普通 wheel 与合成事件，页脚创建/读回/更新、澄清和审批的过期后下方续答共 11 条样本通过。按维护者明确限定的发布范围，桌面/Android 真人视觉和实际点击仍为未验证；真实 Gateway/model 执行未验证，iOS 与新用户试用不在本轮范围。#344 原始正文变空和 #361 真实后台长任务尚缺现场复现证据，保持开放，不因相邻修复宣称全部解决。

This release accepts the verified Hermes channel-pin inheritance condition, places subsequent content below native fallback questions after clarify/approval expiry, and adds an opt-in completion-card output_rate footer. The footer uses per-invocation provider usage and timing, with explicit approximate streaming/request labels; live token-rate estimation is deferred. It also updates the verified CodeQL/artifact Action pins and Ruff 0.17.1.
Local regression: 6792 passed, 37 skipped, zero failures. Exact-head PR checks, merge CodeQL, all 18 annotated-tag release jobs, tag and asset checksums, an ordinary public wheel, and the isolated official installation, installation-state/import/SDK diagnostics and restore were verified. Doctor reports a split-HOME maintenance warning; runtime service readiness was not tested. Real Feishu API tests used synthetic events. Human desktop/Android visuals and clicks, and real Gateway/model execution remain unverified under the explicitly narrowed release scope. Original unreproduced #344/#361 reports remain open; #392 stays open for its deferred live-estimate option. Original contributors and commit authors are preserved.
