Attachment Sync Improvements
Toggle this via menu "Sync -> Include Attachments"
- Allow all file types in attachment sync
- Size-based filtering only: Files over 100MB automatically skipped (GitHub limit)
- Detailed skip notification overlay with reasons for each skipped file
- Files between 50-100MB show warnings but can still be synced
